The optimum reaction conditions for synthesis of pentyl cinnamate using p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst by microwave radiation technology are as follows: reaction time 6min, molar ratio of alkyd 2: 1, catalyst dosage 0.25g, microwave power 595W. The ester conversion rate reached 94.7%. Compared with the traditional esterification method, the reaction time is greatly shortened, the corrosion effect of strong acid is alleviated, and the pollution to the environment is reduced, which has great application prospect. With the improvement of people's living standards, people have higher and higher requirements for spices and food. For this reason, people choose better catalysts to replace acids. In the past ten years, a series of new esterification catalysts, such as solid acid catalysts, have been widely developed at home and abroad. Compared with acid, this kind of catalyst has the advantages of easy separation and no waste liquid discharge, and has attracted increasing attention in the field of catalysis. |
